Rental Information

• Flexible changeover days.

• Prices on application, depending on season.

• Mid week clean, final cleaning, weekly change of linen and towels, check-in/check-out.

• Local House Manager meet and greet and on call.

• Departures by 10.30 Arrival after 16.00 (If possible these can be adjusted to suit your flights).

• Airport transfers can be arranged – payable direct to driver, approximately €65.

• Booking deposit 25% PAYABLE by bank transfer

• Final balance of 75% to be paid one month prior to arrival by bank transfer

• Refundable Security Deposit of €600

 

La Jacaranda has some unprotected drops and low walls and there is no barrier around the swimming pool area. It is therefore not recommended for very young children without adult supervision.

The garden has many steps to the various terraces and is not suitable for guests who require wheelchair access or who have mobility difficulties.
